Default wheel stud washers. safe?

ok i recently purchased some wheels that unfortunately didnt clear my front calipers, so i got some washers from autozone to use temporarily, for i think they wont be good for long.

my question is will these hold up just fine or should i still go ahead and get some wheel spacers (which was my initial plan).

thanks in advance.

Take the washers off that it NOT safe. you better hope they dont settle into the wheel or just compress under the pressure bcuz if they do you will not have enough toque on the studs. Which could cause the wheel to wobble or even fall off..
