Wheel and review database?

We currently have all of these pictures of the wheels along with their dimensions. Does anyone know how hard it would be to extend this to a web database? Some of the features I think would be nice to add to this collection of knowledge we are gaining is the ability to filter/search and allow people who have used the wheel to show pictures of it on their car along with what additional hardware they used to make it fit right. Maybe allow those same people to give reviews of it right next to their picture(s).

my site is more local based but it does have a parts review system in place.. not wheel specific but...

but to do something like that wheel specific would be pretty easy really..
