Default IN STOCK...New 15" rims and winter tires shipped for $444-$456

I want to thank Spaceman for bringing DiscountTireDirect.com to light...I have called them several times trying to get a package together around $450 and everytime the closest I can get is $550...I called today and asked for a discount and got it! Furthermore, I asked the salesrep if he could offer this discount to other people he said yes...

Here's the deal, both packages includes the 4 unique steelie 15" rims...

1) $444: 4x 195 65 15 Good Year Ultra Grips mounted and shipped. He wanted me to mention while supplies last and that he only has 11 tires left...

2) $456: 4x 195 65 15 Good Year Ultra Grips ICE mounted and shipped

He wanted me to mention while supplies last and that he has 78 tires left...

If interested call Tommy, 800.589.6789 X426. Ask for the SRT4 $444 or $456 deal...

Do they have any steelies in stock? I've tried numerous set ups and have called they just tell me they are on backorder. If in fact they do have them in stock I'll order them when I get home.

I don't see why you couldn't...

However, the weight of the winter rim/tire is a lot heavier than the stocker...That's probably because of winter rim is steel...

anyone give these a shot yet?? we got pounded with snow, and of course, the kdw's are the a wise choice for snow traction. that is a very good price, just wanted to know if anyone has been able to use them yet. i want to make sure i dont need a more aggressive tread

Will PT Factory aluminum Rims fit the SRT-4 they are 16" x 6" / 40mm offset. Lug pattern is 5 lug 100mm. Same overall dimentions as the SRT-4 Right?

Are you asking if the KDWs are ok to use in the snow?

I tried them...If your really careful, they're not that bad...Turning and stopping weren't a problem...It was accerating, no matter how little gas you use you will spin your tires which could possibly makes the front end slide to the right or left...If you have to stop on a hill, or leave a parking lot that has a hill, you have a very slim chance climbing that hill...I got stuck at a stop light, I was forced to do an illegal U-Turn in the middle of the intersection to go down the hill, do another U-Turn once the hill levels out and pray that the light on hill stays green...

well you have had better luck than i have with the kdw's. i have been stuck 3 times(doesnt help that we were hit with a hellacious snow). i was about ready to slash the tires just so i have an excuse to by 4 more. i just didnt know if anyone has had a chance to try those snow tires yet with the steelies?? i imagine they are a lot better, but $450 worth?? i have 4 other rims stock, so im thinking about just putting snow tires on 2 and just putting them on the front

I want to go on record and say you DO need spacers for the fronts...

Saw some nice gashes on my calipers...

When I am stopped, turn the wheel, and step on the gas I can hear a scraping sound...Any other time, they APPEAR to never make any noise...
