Default having a problem with new tires

so i decided to go with the Yokohama S-drives from my previous sumitomos, the onld tires were 205/50/17 now they are 215/50/17...when i turn to the left, the front passenger tire is rubbing against what i believe is to be the top of the fender, my car is lowered on Tein springs with stock struts, previous owner made this drop. how can i fix this, im not sure on how far the drop is from stock height, but the car isnt slammed... i was thinking about taking a dremel and bringing down the fender a bit on top for more clearance. should i do this or is there a better way/alternative...

looks like its just rubbing the top of the fender, like its burned through the plastic cover and looks like its hitting the fender up top not on the side
