i got them for my stockers. they are excellent tires. def better all around than both the bfg and the riken raptors.

the other 2 sets off tires had lousy forward grip and were really loud

these have great forward grip, cornering grip and are quiet and get good mileage.

im not saying they are the best tires in the world, just definately the best that ive used so far

I have the 215's on the stock wheels and I'm quite pleased with them.

They were inexpensive and so far have proven to suit my DAILY DRIVING needs. Great tire life, great in the snow, good in rain and better than average traction.

Spirited driving? I haven't been at the track in years and I don't perform 5000 rpm launches at each stoplight or even tried to slalom around on city streets.

That would be stupid.

If you want to do any of the above, find another tire.

I've got these in 215/50/17's on my stock rims and i'd rate them pretty good. They perform about as well as the 205 ricken raptors i had on before in my opinion. The bigger falkens are a Little better in the straights but a little worse in the corners with the higher sidewall. Overall they are an all season tire I can stand to drive my car with but will get a different set of rims and some awesome summer tires for the summer.

As for their all-season abilities, I had a horrible time because the monkeys at the tireshop installed them the wrong way on my car and they are directional. I got stuck several times up at the ski resort. My brother had the same tires on his regular neon and they did fine in the snow but his were all installed the right way.

I have them in 215/50R17 on stock rims. They are not as loud and cheaper than the bfg, but they don't corner as well. One curve I would run in fast and the bfgs would go right with it on the throttle and all. The 912s in the same curve at the same speed with squeal and the car will start to slide sideways-not fun. But besides that I love em-I don't test curves much anyways. Straight line seems the same a little more hop at times but thats where the bfgs would spin.

yeah its not going to corner quite as well as ur other tires cuz they are taller. 215/50-17 is quite a difference from 205/50-17 in terms of hight if you compare them side to side. you lose response but gain forward grip.

i went 225/50-17 i noticed the responce got a lil worse but they dont even spin when goin in a strait line. all in all i think it was a good comprimise.
