Ok guys im aware that going with 225's on stock rims isnt the smartest thing in the world to do but i need a tire that will grip enough to give me a Win against a evo from a dig, and the only thing i can think about is going dr's. now how many people have 225 bfg's Dr's on thier stock rim? how do they grip, what 60's have been pulled, and how do they perform in daily driving. Im also aware of the shitty traction in wet weather and rain but thats somehting i can deal with. thanks alot guys oh and i will be leaving the kdws in the rear.

yea i would love to but i jsut got back from a cruise that cost like 3 grand and already bought car parts with the tax return money about a month ago so needless to say im straped for cash till i get outta the hole lol
yea but i liek the stock rim and i will be on them all the time and i dont really want people to know im running dr's unless they get up close to see, if im running steelies and drs i think it will be a lil obvious
yea i know its not safe per say, but is it the equivalent of throwing a set of 225's kdw's on the stock rim or is it a lil better? i know either way u cut it isnt a smart idea but amuse me lol
I got about 7K out of mine on the stock wheels. Thought I wouldn't recommend it, its fine if your not going to drive on them very often. I drove on mine everyday and I feel a wider wheel will allow them to work better as well.
In a pinch, they are fine, but if you can afford some wider wheels, do it. Pep Boys had cheap 17" wheels...
