Default Beater wheels...will these fit my car without issue??

Hey guys,

Got some wheels & tires off a buddy that originally came off a 1996 Sebring(?). They're 16" wheels and the tires are 215/55/16's.

What I want to know is: will these fit on my `03 SRT-4 without fitment issues? I would like to use these as my winter wheels/tires. I'll try to attach a pic that looks just like the wheels I'm getting. (not mounted on car)

Thanks in advance!
Dale

Same as our cars...5x100. I'm just worried about offset, or any backside wheel design issues that may interfere with the brakes.

I got a crazy idea. How bout taking off one of your stock wheels and see if one of those will fit? Kind of a do it your self test fit kinda thing? If you just want an educated guess, I'll say they'll probably fit. 15 inch PT steelie wheels clear the calipers so I don't see why a 16 inch wheel wouldn't!

No doubt that actually putting on one will tell the tale...but I'm still waiting for my buddy to bring these wheels/tires over. I am trying to make sure there aren't any issues in advance cuz maybe I'll tell him to hold off if there are any known fitting issues.

Another guy here was saying that he knows the aluminum 15" Neon SXT wheels will NOT clear our brakes because of that wheel's backside design. Trying to find out if there's anything similar with these 16'inchers.

Well i hope they fit for ya. They'll make real nice winter wheels. That design is almost as nice as the stockers.

I would definitely grab one and throw it on there. Then let us know if they fit or not. Im not sure many people know if those will fit. Most likely they will if you have a 3mm or 5mm spacer ........just in case.

I too want to buy same wheels. How much they cost to you?

If it will be in my budget then I can go for it. How about its performance?

The cost of the set (wheels & tires) is $375. The tires are almost literally brand new, but they're not any kind of high performance tire. They're just some Cooper all season jobs.
