they'll very likely clear the calipers but you'll be pretty close on clearance with the strut body.

the top hats are way up at the top of the struts against the top of the strut tower.

If you mean lower spring perch then the wheel doesn't matter, that all comes down to tire choice.

If you stick with a 225 40 18 Im willing to bet they fit because of the spoke design. Plus edge racing qualifies them as fitting.
