Question 17" aftermarket wheels ????

i was just at my local aftermarket wheels dealer to see if he had any wheels specials going on. this is what he told me after i inquired about 17" wheels, he said that he would reccomend me going to a 19" wheels because none of his 17" wheels fit over the brake rotors on the srt-4. are there that many 17" wheels that don't fit because of this? thanks aaron

That's total bullshit, i have 17's on my car. Make sure the bolt pattern is 5x100 with a 40mm offset. That guy doesn't know what he's talking about...

The SRT4 comes with 17s STOCK. Take your buisness elsewhere.

The front rotors are indeed a problem but its mainly due to spoke/center design with an iffy offset. More fit than dont if the offset is between 42 and 35mm, 35 being the optimum for clearance.
