Default 13 inch wheels on a SRT?

I Ice Race! Adirondack Motor Enthusiast Club

I have previoulsy ran a semi stock 98 neon in the past years of ice racing. From 'Street legal' (bridgestone blizzaks) to 'Street legal menards' (winter tires with sharp bolts/screws/ or specifically made ice racing tires (Menards) ). I HAD to make Homemade tires for the front, but are very unreliable.

This year I bought a wrecked SRT-4 off of CoPart to be a IceRacer.

But I have a little problem, Menards (recaps of tires with screws in them) only come in 13 inch/14 inch/15 inch. The 13 inch are recaped 165 or 155/13 tires, very easy to fit under a SRT-4. BUT the 14/15 inch are something like 26 or 17 inches tall!!! VERY hard to fit under the SRT! Many obsticals to clear, like the struts, wheel wells ect...
The 13 inch menards would be perfect, but how the hell is a 13 inch wheel fit over the calipers of a SRT? It wouldent even come close to fit my 98 neon. They work on the back fine (13" 5 lug old school cavalier rims) . But has no help for the front.
So what to do? Will first gen 4 lug calipers work on a 2004 SRT? will the Axels go into the hubs? If it all understandable, how hard would it be to re-do the front of an SRT to be a first Gen 4 lug Neon? Or any other suggestions? I could do the 14/15's. But I would loose power, and turning might come into play. There pretty big for a SRT/neon. Majority of Ice Racers use lil foreign cars, or bigger cars like Saabs. But I'm a Hardcore Dodge guy who HAS to race this SRT on the Ice. It has to work (with Help)

The SRT is indeed low, but I WILL put in different springs to raise it to stock height. Its actually in pretty good shape, but will be a race car with a full cage and gutted interior. Its kinda hard to do to the poor girl, but I got it for a good price. IT must be done!!! Gotta beat all them foreign cars on the ice!!!! Adirondack Motor Enthusiast Club.. Check it out! if Local come by and take a look.

you have to buy 2nd gen, neon brakes 2000 and up. Then you can run the 13" rims. Alot of us draggers use them. You will need the spindles and calipers and rotors and pads. Ohh and ABS or NO ABS is of course up to you.
