dude i have Tein S Techs and for some reason my passenger front spring rubs the damn bolt on the body side of the fender well, know why?

thats what i thought but i see that there is a bolt the springs rubbs on. thatsit but dont know why. Know anyone selling Tires that fit 17x7 wheels that are good?
