Hey guys, looking at this car as a potiential buy but I know there are some signs of abuse lol, 03 with 38 on the clock,

Also,

When I get whatever SRT-4 I will be changing immediately the,

Plugs and Wires
Gaskets
Head bolts
Zip tie lines in not already done
Change Oil ( My preference )

So please keep this in mind.

why the head bolts, thats a hell of a job for no reason.

I want to get ready for the future and I have someone willing to do it.
I believe in getting all supporting things done before I hit it with 25+PSI

Just want to knock it out now.

They are asking 10k. I can get them down even more if nessesary.

might as well add a headgasket to the list and may some bc2 cams basicly your head has to come off along with the whole front side of the engine. on a good tune you can run 25psi.

10 is kinda high. you cand find 03s for 7-8k

BTW, What is the second little toy there on the right side of the tach gauge.
And just above the fuel gauge, you see that little rectangular box?

What is that for?

The timer is on the left correct?

It looks lowered too. Am I correct?

correct... that looks like an old style Apexi SuperAFC... it control's your air and fuel

Next set of questions,

1. Is this to dangerous of a consideration? Due to the mods and few miles that are on it?
( Makes me wonder why the car was sold to the dealer if the original owner spend this time on it. )

2. Are the mods on it any good, good brand wise is what I am asking?

1 quick note, I would not be asking these questions of I didnt have a time crunch to purchase a car. I want a SRT-4 and I am shopping around. I do spend a good deal of time reading the performance specific threads and I use the search button quite a bit.

So please forgive the nooooobness flowing off of me and I appreciate everyone's time.

On the right is the turbo timer, on the left is a apexi safc. car looks legit. I just bought my 03 stg 1 with 50,XXX for 8k, it is flawless. So price isnt too far off with the lower miles and a few mods.

Thanks man. I am sure I could get them down on the price. This is starting price and not out the door.

Hey contact littleblue, that car is down the street from his house and he actually test drove it. I cant remember what exactly he told me about the car.
