This is correct, its tonite in the shut down albertsons parking lot off 75 in Plano. Typically there are 3-4 main srt-4's that always show up. Head on out tonite and join the party!
Theres several here. Just not all of em go to any meets. One friend of mines wife drives a blue one,1 son has a black one and his other son has an orange blast in Hurst. Turbogod has a yardful too,lol. Chris is apart,and a friend in weatherford is sellin his super clean low mileage white SRT. Thats jus off top o my head. Several others runnin around. In fact while at friends shop in Red oak,saw a silver one drive by and a red one on way home. Im not one to flag someone down and dork out over their car,lol. And of course there the other handful i do know that do get out n about w their rides. Not many track cars unfortunately
Oh yrah there was also the abondoned OB in Cedar hill. Was finally picked up after sittin bout 3 months
Oh and almost forgot,theres one w a fuckin dragon on the sides of it i saw at the ADRL race couple weeks ago. Was like wow...
Awesome Omni. I really dont see to many that often. I like that though and dont see it as a bad thing. Its not like how I see a hundred Honda SI's and Tibs around. Its almost like packs of them. Not saying they are bad vehicles but I like the fact that the SRT4 is not so common.
At least in DFW that is. But also it could be the area I live in as well so who knows.
I normally setup meets and events and have for about 2 years now. I will have a SRT4 here in the next week. If possible and see enough response I will setup a meet and see if I can get it on its feet.
Would anyone be down for this?
Also whats the albertsons meet, can someone give pretty good directions such as google wise.
I have tried but that place has been out of business a while apparently.

If you can set one up on the weekends that may work best for everyone. I say setup one up Saturday afternoons or late afternoons (Past 3pm) cause of college football.
Sunday's would be good too but the NFL is on TV and I stay home cause of Sunday Ticket. During the week is cool too but most of us work go to school or busy in general. I'm sure you set one up we would all get together and hang.
me and a couple buddies are coming down for IFO on sat night, abou 5 of us total with srts, about 10-15 other cars too. maybe we can all meet up and throw back a few

I was in Plano/Murphy for 13 years, but we moved back to my and my wife's hometown in southern Illinois at the end of '05.

Hey, I think I'll be coming down for a visit in a couple of months. Hopefully some of you LSSDAC guys will be available to get together. I'll post on the LSSDAC list when I know the dates.

true that, friend of my friend almost whooped his ass in the middle of the meet, i just go to the meet to chill since i have monday off and that is the only decent meet going on around here on mondays....plus free monsters but hey if u guys are planning on putting together a srt meet im down for it, friend of mine has a 20g e-blue and ive seen about 3 others around town, about time we got a decent srt meet going on

Seems like I always hear about him nearly getting beat down. And it seems now at his own meets. Its a wonder that if your getting threatened all the time it may be time to look at your life and see what your doing wrong.
I did that handy work with a cell phone but you get the idea of the 100+ car
size meets I can put on. All legal and with signed documents from the businesses to be there. I also get the local law enforcements #'s so if they have a new cop show up I can get them up to speed on the meet.
The only problem with police having your cell number is when they bust one
of the people at your meet for highway racing....

I've had mine in Fort Worth for 4 years now, but past 2 years i just never drive the car much. So you'll hardly ever see me out and about unless its a BIG meet. I'll be at IFO sunday with a red IX, silver IX, and a blue Si.
