I am rebuilding some stock calipers with the Mopar rebuild kit. What brake lines should I go with? Leave stock ones, replace with stock ones, or what brand stainless braided one?
Back on topic...... Carry on

There is no need to replace the lines if all you're doing is rebuilding the calipers.
The stock ones are fine. If they're soft or swollen, then defiantly replace them. I'm not sure how much better (if any) the steel braided ones would be over stock. IMO, they' aren't needed. Be sure to use new crush washers on the brake lines, to.

Good to know. I was thinking about the age of the car, that's why I was thinking of changing them out since I am overhauling the calipers.
