Default Failed TX emissions test today

I took my SRT-4 to get my state inspection tag renewed and I failed the emissions part..here are the codes I failed...

P0888- TCM Power Relay Sense Circuit
P0562- System Voltage Low
P0871- Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch "C" Circuit Range/Perfrm
P0846- Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch "B" Circuit Range/Perfrm

I have Stage 2 with Toys and a Borla exhaust. I had the mechanic clear the codes and now I have to drive 100 miles to see if the codes "reappear".

thoughts anyone???

FYI: My car is registered in Travis county, so I have to do the emissions part of the inspection..

I don't understand... "el paso, dallas, houston check everything everywhere else just the gas cap lol"

Trust me I wish I could just take it to a non-emissions test..

It's your S2.

Swap in a stock PCM, drive 100 miles, take it back, get it inspected, swap back in the S2. That is what I did.

Get the code scrubber from MB2B or whatever their name on this forum. It intercepts the signal that the s2 throughs becuase they use an auto pcm for the s2, and it will throught those codes on the srt-4. Nothing you can do about it other than swap in the stock one. But the code scrubber is more permanent.

I second that. I have stage 2 with toys and mine passes with flying colors...

He can't, By State law he has to have the Inspection done in the same city as the registration address. DFW, Houston and Austin are under stricter emmisions testing than the rest of the state.

yes, just buy the scrubber and be done with it. Why have to pay more more money to get an illegal sticker, or have to change out injectors/pcm etc... every year. The scrubber is a one time expense / labor and you're done.
