get some video if u plan on winning to post up on their sight for enlightenment.
just before I left alamogordo, DD had just got done installing burnout boxes and I think had the clocks up. I left before they had the summer startup shootout so I didn't get to see. most of the big turbo srt's go to roswell or are up in burq. there's only one big turbo in alamogordo, and I'd suggest not messing with it. but I can mention to him about the turnouts at DD, he just needs new slicks.

255HP 272TQ, not bad for bolt ons.......... on the stock PCM and a/f ratio's off the chart
fri and sat nights are just test and tune or just a heads up race, sunday nights are bracket racing nights. Ithink the prices are like 5 or 10 bucks still. I've gone on busy nights with other srt's there and just me and my friend lay down the best times but I'm stationed overseas and when I return me and my friend have some things in store for the future. plus alamogordo is possibly getting an nhra and ndra sanctioned drag strip in the future. that'll help for those in carlsbad, cruces, ruidoso for thier racing needs. I've only gone to thunder alley once and that was all I needed to go through for 45 bucks, it's not worth it when they prep the track 5 mins before runs start and you spin thru 3rd and 4th gear. but hey atleast my date had fun and I got laid later that night after the road trip back. have fun out there guys and don't do it on the highways, the ep state patrol has 3 unmarked mustang gt's in their inventory now and they've got some work done to em.

Probably not, that track has bever been good to me and my cars, I know 4000 ft doesnt help, but damn 15.5 in my redline and 14.8 in my SRT when I was stock. Jetta would be lucky to run 15.9. I do want to roll race a stock LSJ on the highway real bad though. I know I'd lose, but interested to see how bad.

I don't know how the new jettas are but I ran the last model turbo jetta about a month ago he had wga and a mbc I had stage3 and cat back and I put about 8 or 9 cars on him. (I believe it was the 1.8t)
as for the race I hope you can stomp the shit out of one that would allow for much crying on css.net as they all bitch over losses.
havent been in the scene here for a while now (9 months), but i have a couple races lined up when i get back on the road in a week or two. i was also thinking about hitting the track one friday night either next or the friday after. ill just be on 20lbs and pump gas though. i hope to get into the low 12s. where are all the srts in el paso been hiding? do any of them go to the cruises?

Oh yes, much crying, there is a lot of crying on that forum especially when I bring up SRT-4's, lol. I notice that you post more over here than over there. A guy on the redline forums told a story of an 06 GLi like mine staying even with him up to 90, so hey it might be possible, but my GLi is rated at a 15.3 by most mags.
