Yep, didn't realize you were in Austin...

Depends on how you look at it, for the money you're saving you could borrow a friends trailer and truck and drive up here...

Other than that I'm out of ideas man... unless you bring the tranny up here.

Maybe I can rent a trailer. I'm going to seriously look into this, even if I have to pay $200-300 to get it to you guys, it will still save me money and I'd feel a lot better having it done with a shop that knows SRT-4s.

That includes pulling the transmission, tearing it down, repairing/replacing parts, re-assembly of the unit, and re-installing it into your car.

Let me know if you get all the parts together and let me know if we can help you.

That there is a steal. Rent a truck or something to get it there. You will still come out on top.

Thanks, it's really not that hard of work... just a little time consuming.

Yah, problem is it won't move right now, so getting it up on a truck bed will require a winch, my only choice is an auto shipper or a flatbed/tow service.

I'll figure something out, I do have to get it done and I do want it done at SNL. I gotta find a clutch now too, the deal for the FX600 I was buying fell through.

Damn man, well keep me posted and we'll squeeze you in when you're ready. I've got two Procharger's to install, a heads/cam package on a twin turbo C5 Z06, and Ruiz's damn SRT4 to work on for the rest of the month... just keep me posted.

We actually had an fbody come in last week with a completely locked up six speed... it sounded horrible and took three of us (225lbs Jason, 190lbs me, and 295lbs Pate) to push the damn thing in the shop... not fun.

Yah, I guess that's what I'll have to do, it would save me a few hundred bucks at least. Now to find a tow hook for my SRT-8... haha. I'll probably rent a pickup truck for the haul.
