Default StreetTuned 35R Evo -vs- GSX-R 1000 [ HD video ]

Race between a 03/04 GSX-R 1000 and the Street Tuned Motorsports stock motor 35R Evo.

So far, thier evos best time is a 10.1@142 on the stock OEM Evo motor that came in the car they purchased brand new in 05! It now has over 45,000 miles on it. 30,000 of those miles have been 35R miles trapping 130mph+. Only motor mods are arp headstuds and cams. Everything else in motor is OEM stock and never touched/removed. stock headgasket, stock pistons and rods, stock head and valve train revving to over 8k rpm!

stock as in, the bottom end is completly stock, and the head is stock minus drop in cams and arp headstuds. stock valvetrain revving to 8500-ish rpm, no port work of any kind. the head has never been off the car, still on stock headgasket.
