LHD skylines are custom done, they were never made that way, nor is there really a direct swap. People claim Nissan had made LHD skylines for certain areas of the world (no proof of this) mainly the middle east UAE b/c they have a law against driving RHD cars or something over there so they had to custom convert. Motorex used to offer the option a while ago, but it costs a lot, like 20 grand to convert, so you don't see them as often. I wouldn't do it even if I had the money
