bull fucking shit. there is no way. sorry. its not that i doubt good mileage is doable or that technology is there, or even that there are people who are preventing us from getting near the mileage we should
the reason i say bullshit is because this guy is full of shit. just think for a second
400hp mustang 0-60 in 3 seconds?
bullshit. the veyron does it in 2 1/2 seconds...with 1001hp and one of the best AWD systems in the world. how does something that has 601hp less and RWD on street tires going to get that?

how does a valley pan girdle help mileage? infact, of all the motor failures i have seen (including quite a while in a machine shop and mag'd dozens and dozens of movies) very very few have had any issues in the valley pan area at all, and all the ones that did have stress cracks had other issues elsewhere in the block.
i smell a rat trying to make a quick buck

It's real. The guy was on the news for the car and has entered that contest about something like highest gas mileage motor competition. Prize is 10 million dollars. Check it out.
Reminds me of Smokey Yunick's turbo'ed Super Hot Vapor car... a Dodge Omni that got a bizillion mpg and ran 13's.
The oil industry silenced his clock....pulled the plug on his respirator....put arsenic in his coffee... put a stick in his spokes.... dropped a cap in dat ass
That car is hideous looking. I can't load video for some reason but if he is experimenting with vapor fuel, then yes. This technology is catching on very fast with garage tuners.
The amount of latent heat energy in just the vapors of gasoline is tremendous. The fact we have catalytic converters tells us that the car is running extremeley inefficient.
I have successfuly ran my lawnmower on just vapors but it gets very hot very quick. There are a number of corporations who hold "black" patents on vaporized fuel injection systems. Look it up. I believe the address is vfis.com or vfis.us. His performance stats are slightly exaggerated. Tex proved that.
I think for the most of us, if we can convert our cars to 100 mpg during commutes, then be able to switch back to hp mode during racing, that would suffice all of our desires...

Went back to stock, got bit again by that damn bug, going bigger turbo.. funny how this happens!! I feel all tingly inside again.
So lets see, if we don't move to a more efficient fuel source or utilize the fuel source we have more efficiently, we can see a decline in oil purchases, and prices go up as well, and the automotive industry start to decline as well, and people laid off.
Yeah, this is such a win win situation.
I may not believe the 0-60 time, but if the hp/tq can be had with this kind of technology then I would be game. That is the only reason I don't want to go more efficient at the moment. On the highway cruising at 70 or so I can get about 25-28 mpg, it is the city driving that kills my mpg.
I would love to see what this guy has come up with.
I know the auto industry is pretty much in bed with the oil industry for the most part but I think it is time that they had a divorce. The auto guys have got to see that the rising price in oil is going to start killing off their sales. That is when it is time for every man for himself. Sorry oil, we are going our own way and getting us and the people what they want, more power in their cars, with better mpg. That will really start rolling in the dough for the auto industry.
