If you can't find anyone willing to sell them to you, then here's an alternative. These wheels look very similar and cost about 500 new. You can get them in 17x7 same weight as the SRT-4 stock wheel and in either Silver, Polished, or Chrome.
There's some chrome ones on PTE for sale but I know you don't want chrome. Just thought I would mention in case you change your mind.
