Default Upper Charge Pipe and 3" Down Pipe

A guy by the name of 03baggedturbo is making a UPP (upper charge pipe) for our GT's for a great price. Did a dyno on it and it added 30 hp at the wheels. Another guy named scottmech is making a 3" down pipe that will give 7-10 hp at the wheels. Both of these guys are at http://www.ptcruiserlinks.com

30HP from a charge pipe????? WTF is the stock pipe like .25" in diameter or what i dont by that at all there is no way it added that much power unless the stock pipe is seriously restrictive.

The pt's upper pipe is very restrictive because it makes such a tight turn to go under the battery. Also it has alot of rubber pipe to it so that is expanding under boost.

Doesn't the srt-4 also have a rubber tube from the intercooler to the throttle body? How many srt-4s are making 30 Hp with the addition of an upper charge pipe?
I am not saying it is a bad product and I may even get one. I would be happy with 5HP, BUT no way 30 HP. Chrysler would have made this mod and would be a hell of a lot cheaper than purchasing SII. Besides, any increase in torque will be reeled back in by the PCM.

what's your point, if you don't beleive the dyno proof then don't buy the product, simple isn't it?

I say the so called dyno proof is Bull $hit and flawed! How about answering the question punchy, instead of flaming! I even said I might get one a$$hole!

who's flaming now? the only asshole here seems to be you, in a previuos thread by you asking about stage 2, you did the flaming. Again your basically saying meangreen is telling a lie.

this claim does seem high but the product was sent out to a couple people with no interest in it (eg they don't make money off it), and the product was dyno'd with these numbers.

I don't want to have a flame fest with you, so I suggest we drop this now, and move on, like i said if you don't beleive the man don't buy the product.
