How do you get there from "our" house since we live 5 minutes from eachother...when does it officially open up for the new shop? Also, how much for a few pulls on that new dyno of yours? I want to see what my car can lay down b4 turbo swapping...

The new facility is going to be in Naperville right off of Ogden. The closest intersection will be Ogden and Quincy. Were baseically right by the Post cerial factory in that industrial park. The new shop dosen't really have an ofical opening date yet because of construction push backs, but were shooting for the first week of DEC. Dyno pulls are also somthing that has to be worked out still, though I think it will follow suit with our current rates posted on our site.

Will the base map that is included on the emanage with the kits also be available for Stage 2 With Toys owners?

I can't honestly say I follow you on this question. You won't be able to affectvly use S2 with toys with this set up. You will most definalty loose your dial a boost selection. IM not shure how well the high octane switch is going to react to the "clamp". Other than that all other running systems willnot be affected. Bececally what IM getting at is you will have a new set of fuel maps, map clamp voltage, and boost secdule. The S2 PCM will no longer have controll of those items, and will be made to think everything is running in "stock" permaniters.

No flutter or surge (it's a larger turbo with little back pressure due to a larger turbine wheel).

The turbo will start to get that nice whine at 2800rpms then you see the boost build until it will hits 3200rpms in where you are now holding for dear life.

this turbo is rated at 47lb or 470 crank hp at it's highest efficiency range or 22-24psi. that is right where we are on our turbo 24psi and it made 413.86whp with a boost leak. ATP conservatively rated it a 400-450hp turbo and that was at the crank on their site.

Being that is a GTDBB turbo and it's characteristics it can go as high as 33 psi before it would go out of it's range and start building heat like the stocker. 500whp is capable at these levels on this turbo.

on the attached picture you can see the exhaust leaking past the gasket (bolts were loose oops). this was the day after we did the 120-121mph traps.

Well said. I think what he is referring to is that shutter you here with the external wastegate. That usually gose hand in hand with the Boost ramp setting in the E-01. Usually if thats happening, all you need to do in increase the ramp up.

I'm more or less interested to see if the high octane switch will work. Thanks.

In theory it should work because your not going to alter the ignition control at all. But in reality what that would require you to do is pay close attention for knock. Because the switch will turn itself off it it sees knock, I just don't know what would happen once the pcm said hey, the engine was knocking and my map sensor claims were only seeing 10psi, what gives.

At any rate we are talking about real streetable power here that can be utilized on your street tires. This kit provides the power portion of our Balanced Performance approach. Couple this kit with a TEIN type-ss coilover kit, 18" wheels, and StopTech Big Brake Kit and you have one mean SRT-4 street assasin!

So enough suspence, lets get to details.

Performance Autowerks Stage Three kit includes:
The ATP based GT3071R turbo kit.
Greddy E-Manage.
Greddy Boost link cable.
Greddy Injector cable.
USB cable.
Greddy E-01.
Walbro 255 fuel pump.
Detailed Installation instructions for both the turbo and E-Manage install.
A Pre made map for the E-manage to get you on your way.

Now I know alot of you are thinking theres no way that all of that can be less than stage three, well guess what, it is.......$3465.99+shipping!!!

This is less than the full S3 kit as (with toys) as well as the people who bought s2 (with toys) and want to buy the s3. How can you go wrong? Your getting the boost controler, turbo, fuel, and engine management!

Thanks for the kind words man! Were trying! We should have some solid numbers up very soon! I just need to get my car done, or get the other silver beast we have running the streets in the shop for some "example" setting. His engine break in should be almost done by now.
