The big difference is that Stage 3 adds WPC treatment to all internals for 20-30% increase in strength and high reduction of frictional drag. This process is used by many of the top names in motorsport and series including F1, JGTC, ALMS and factory cars such as the new Honda Civic Si

Pwerks, that is awesome, however, you do realize the the brass shift forks were designed for wear purposes in mind right. In other words because brass is softer steel as the fork tips grab the sincro ring pack, they will wear. Meaning the brass fork tips will wear 1st before the inner ring will on the sincro pack. That is something to keep in mind. Have you guys thought about integrating some brass ends or some sort of teflon on the fork tips for wear purposes? I've had the tranny completely ripped apart twice and you will see what I'm talking about.

Exactly, the new forks will be made out of billett steel for strength, hence not breaking in 2 when they are shifted really hard. There will then be brass or composite pads at the end of the forks where they contact the synchros.
We have done our fair share or tranny rebuilds not only for the SRT-4 but for many other makes suchs as DSM, EVO, 300zx, Supra, 3000GT, Mustang, Corvette, etc....
Dave I already have my tranny treated and shot-peened, can I buy just the set of forks from you? It would only make sense for my particular scenerio..If so how much do you think? Thanks and great work by the way. It is about time somebody stepped up to the plate for the tranny

Steve,
When the forks are finished, hopefully by late January, we will be more than happy to sell you a set. They will be in the $500.00 range.
Cool, well my 3rd gear is really getting bad now. Will the Stage 1 cover the repair of whatever parts are needed to get my 3rd gear back into working order, and then some?
