Default www.autolumination.com Superstars.. did they get new improved bulbs?

I heard they were supposed to improve the superstar bulbs and I was wondering if anyone could confirm this. Basically I hear they keep burning out fast.

yep, they are listed right below the old style ones. I have only had them in for about 3 weeks now, so I dont know how long they will last. They are just as bright as the old style.

dont get the superstar bulbs... i got 9 of them- 3 for my gauges and 6 for the dash. well after about a month of having them, ALL 9 of them burnt out. i emailed the "owner" of autolumination and told him that they burnt out and he recommended different bulbs and didn't even offer to warranty them or give me my money back. i guess that's what i get for paying $7-8 a bulb

When did you buy them? I heard that in the past month or so they upgraded the bulbs because they were burning out.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from those guys. Anyone remember the group buy fiasco with the blue dash lights about a year ago? Any company that would let something like that carry on for as long as it did with their name attached to the scenario in any way doesn't seem like a place I'd want to do business with.
