Question Wtf...

Just bought projector housing headlights and the next day the headlight went out. my fogs work, so it must be the bulb. I bought these off ebay, but it looks exactly the same as the modern performance ones. So annoyed, because now I have to remove the headlights again and replace the bulb. How easy is it to install the HID's? Im thinking about just buying replacement bulbs because Im not in the mood to pay for HID's right now.
