Question where can i "t" in to get power only when the ignition is on???

Im setting up some lighting, but i want it have a 3 way switch included. the lights will light up the grill and nostrils but i want the switch to work:

Position 1: lights are on
Pos:2 Off
Pos: Lights only on if ignition is on.

i know how to hook it up so it is always on, but where can i tap into to get power when the ign is on?

I just run the wires to the fuse panel by the drivers door and use a test light to find a good source when I need another one.

I used a bunch of different ones but my car isnt here to look at. If you have a test light you can find one in about 5 seconds.
