Or get 3000K HID's, which is what Lexus uses for their fogs.

are you sure? I posted multiple threads and everyone told me stock wattage was 27 wats??

I've never seen an 8 series bulb besides the 899 listed as the factory part, and 899 bulbs are indeed 37.5 watts. Check it out...

Hmm if thats the case I am a little upset I bought the Nokya 880's Stage 1 the "Hyper look, stock wattage" is what got me.
I never opened them, should I re-sell it and pick up the 37.5 wattage bulbs from Nokya, is the performance that drastic?

From what I understand they both kinda look like a dim house lamp bulb, and not really yellow. I think painting the fog lenses or the HID's is the only way to really achieve that look.

Based on the "how to" thread about it, I'd say yes, people seem to be pretty happy with the results.

I used a nokya 893 hyper yellow. Appears yellow enough for me.... Didn't want that lexus yellow blind. Nor did i want to paint my lenses.
Looks more yellow in person....Can see the yellow on the snow underneath fogs poorly.....
