Default what bulbs for Morette's?

Does anyone know the bulb sizes for the Morette lights? I want to upgrade the bulbs to get more output from them.

When you do get HID's, do everyone else a favor, and buy some "casper shields" from ebay, the help IN A BIG WAY to reduce glare. They are like $40.

Have you been in a car yet with the Morette's? They actually have a distinct cut off line.... its actually quite nice! When I got one of mine it was a little crooked... but nothing to brutal. I have actually been very impressed! I have my high beams quite high to light EVERYTHING... and I do mean everything. The first night I had them a guy was doing 10 under in the fast lane.... I was screamin up behind him and flashed him.... it was like daylight in his car. He got out of my way VERY quickly.

It the low beams that aren't that strong at all. But it is nice as they don't bleed out like the stock lights do.

I was the very first in the US with Morettes, yes, I know that they have a nice "cutoff" and flare, however, that COMPLETELY disappears once you put in HID's, trust me, get the casper shields from ebay.

We noticed at first that the low beam was a bit less than stock output but once i got around to adjusting them they were just as good as low beam output on the stock lenses.

Highbeam is like you said........Just like someone turned the police helicopter spotlight on the road in front of you lol.

As for HID's, we have been looking into it too. The only reason fr it though would just be mostly for looks since you will not gain anymore light output once the low beams are adjusted.

I have several befores, but, I don't have them anymore, turbotrix2004 is rocking my set, and he has HID's with casper shields, as soon as he gets his car back on the road, I will have him get some pics for comparison.
