If you're talking about the metal circular design ring that surrounds the projector itself, those can be had on Ebay or used on HIDPlanet.

If you're talking about the black piece that hides the projector and the rear of the headlight, that needs to be custom made, usually out of ABS or the bottom of a trash can.

I thought he was talking about the bezel. Get some ABS plastic I believe 1/8" thick from a local audio store or ebay. They usually come in 2' x 2' sheets. Get a heatgun and get it hot where you want to mold it and bend it into place. Who's retro's did you buy that look like complete shit?

Download HaknSlash's .PDF file at the top of this page thats stickied. It walks you right through the molded ABS process.

BoostLee I'm glad I'm not the only one that gets confused when people call them shrouds. I call the "chrome" ring a bezel also.

Yeah I call the shroud the backing, and the chrome appearance ring around the projector the bezel. Talking about 2 different shrouds the way he put it got me confused

They are projectors from other cars custom made into our headlight housings...and if you can find them for only $400 that is a STEAL!
