Default weird problem

so i just replaced my front signal bulbs, dome light, map lights, reverse lights, and third brake light to all leds excepts my front signal bulbs. The weird this thats happening is now everytime i hit the brake it makes a click noise then 1 sec later it makes another click noise and the red leds get brighter. These are the modern led backlights but never had a problem before with the stock bulbs. Sorry for the long read and also my third brake light does not light up all the way anymore it lights up more like a rectangle and not a oval shape anymore thanks for any help.

You've changed the resistance in the circuit and now its causing it to act up. Its a normal reaction to what you've done by replacing the filament bulbs with LEDs which place less resistance on the circuit.

The 3rd brake light problem is because the LED you've put in is non directional unlike the bulb that was in there before. The regular bulb threw light around the entire housing and caused it to light up in an oval. The LED is a more focused beam of light and doesn't bounce around very well in the housing and is just illuminating the rectangular port inside the housing.

Unless you understand whats going on with the circuitry in your car I wouldn't recommend you mess with it because its not an easy task to fix the LED problem. My suggestion is to either find someone who has a bit more knowledge about the subject and have them help you with it or go back to stock bulbs.

can this cause anything serious? The click is not that loud and it doesn't seem like its harming anything. And also i ended up throwing the stock bulbs away stupid me..
