Default vacu forming frame

hey whats the thinnest material i can use for a frame that won't warp after a while? i was using a sliding screen window frame and now thats going doing hill after a decent amount of success

Do you have an art supply store near by? You can buy canvas stretchers (look like pieces to a picture frame) and make almost any size you like. They're wood and they are thick enough that they should last a good long time for ya'.
