Default Upgrade HID Wiring??

im sure that this has been asked before so sorry if im asking it again, i want to know if i do get HID's in a few weeks like i plan to will i have to upgrade the stock wiring, or just put a bigger fuse in there to hold the extra juice upon start-up of the HID's the last thing i want it to have wires melt or start some sort of fire that i cant put out just because of too small of wire that i can easily upgrade while im doing the install, i was also looking at a diagram that someone made up where they used relays to control the power of them being turned on and off so it wasnt such a large amount of power going through at once. would that just be the easy alternative?? any comments/suggestions are welcome

yea that was the diagram that i was looking at, also is it necessary to use that harness for the upgrade??? b/c im not sure if the HID's im getting will support that harness unless the HID's are universal for that harness i would rather not buy anymore harnesses but if thats what i need i guess ill have to suck it up... but thanks for the info

Would this harness suffice?? b/c if so i think that i can either have my old boss at the stereo shop i used to work at make it for cheaper than what i can buy it or i may just say screw it and buy it from them and get it over w/, the only reason im taking precaution is that im like most of you i dont want something to happen over something so small that can be prevented before anything ever happens

where did you get yours ?? they are charging 55 + shipping..... im thinking that i can get most of the parts from my old boss and the other stuff from a parts house and make them myself, but it might just be easier to just buy them instead of all the hassle of making them myself.... thanks for all the input so far keep it coming!

thanks for all the help so far

but the car does still think a bulb is there, because somethign is still pluged into the original harness. That shouldn't be an issue.

that makes sense, i just didnt know with the bulbe not being directly pluged into the factory harness it may act like something isnt there when there really is, but i figured that i would ask
