Fog light? You have no BUX car so you have no rear fog light - and so there is no need for the light.
And - you have no traction control.
What do you think, couldn't that be the reason that you have no bilbs in there?
Have no idea what it could be good for to wire them...

If you look on your gauge cluster there is a spot that says "trac con" which is the traction control light. It wasn't a option on the car but its still in the gauge cluster.

It would be fun if you had a 2step engaged.

Not sure if you read what i wrote.... maybe i sucked at writing what i was trying to say... You may not have traction control But I DO...

Thank you for reading it... i wounder why there is a trac light when they never had it come on a srt-4?? i guess i will just hard wire it to my AEM EMS (with traction control)......

aaah okay, sorry - don't know what that AEM EMS is...
don't wanna flame around.

So here a better inspiration:
1. try to find out with a wiring diagramma wich pin from the gauge harness gives the signal for the trac light or
2. open the instrument and follow the conducting paths to find the right pin or (particularly if there is "electronic" between the bulb and the harness)
3. cut the conducting parts of the trac light (or maybe only the positive, ground could be the same) sold on 2 wires and connect to your AEM-EMS.

last one is the easiest, number 1 and 2 are more professional.

PS: I have rear fog light but i'm to lazy to wire up the control light in the cluster...
