thanks. how would u rate the lighting of the TLs versus the RS6s? In the pic above it looks like the RS6s are aimed a bit low...or is that just how the are?

im considering both of these for my HID retrofit.

yeah, that pic is crazy...but I only have about 1k to spend on parts & labor for a retrofit but I want the best for that price.
