After doing more testing about 2 weeks ago that box limits the voltage down to just under 12v. I tried feeding it the 13.5 v off the car's system & it reduced it down to about 11.0v. Then I tried as high as 18v & it still reduced it down to about 11.8v.

You could do a resister I suppose but I'm not sure how it would hold up to some of the spikes that can occur (especially for those with aftermarkets stereo systems)?

haha well i thought you meant more than half of a split second LOL. Do you have just the LEDs or the whole part with the rubber boot where you just push into the headlight housing?

I have both. You'll only need the LED's though.

ND4SPD, do you have the CCFL tubes you can sell me? Is it easy to swap out?
