Default take apart oem fogs

so my passenger side fog light got condensation in it finally water got in and blew the bulb to pieces. i have the bumper off today so i wanted to get new bulbs (brighter) and i wanted to know is there a way to take the fog light apart? I have it out of the harness but the clear plastic lens is like glued or sealed to the fog light holder. Has anyone ever gotten off?? i want to clean the broken glass out and reseal it so it wont leak anymore. just trying to save money.
