Whats up everyone, i have an 05 black srt, im torn on what i should do with my tails. A. leave em stock. B get a set of mopars and have em painted black. C. get a set of the black led tails and put smoked rockblocker tint on em. Help me out im soooo undecided
I think the stock tail's are pretty nice and wouldnt change em. I know a couple of people with aftermarket tails, and theres always a prob with them from leaking, to fogging up , etc. Hey its your car and money though, so do what you like and think is cool. If anything you could take your stockers and spray some of that tint stuff on it and shade them up.

i nightshaded my stock tails over the summer and last weekend i went to get my car inspected in NH and no one would even inspect me because of the tinted tails. so i sold the stock tails and bought the black LED's. they look soooooo much better IMO. they are the best ones out there but everyone has their own opinion.
the mopars look the balls on the black(that's the way it should have came from the factory).......You could also send your stockers out to jons tinted tails(jonstintedtails.com and get them professionally tinted.....Black on black would look nice....Just don't buy the 50$ civic style altezzas on ebay....You get what you pay for...

The LED ones don't leak/fog at all from evereyones car I've personally seen them on. Just a FYI for others not to be scared or worried if those leak/fog up. They DON'T.
i had rockblocker on my stockers at one point, but when i put it on it came out like shit, so i took it off. plus i have been rearended 2x in the last 4 months, (without rockblocker on em) Do you guys think that he rockblocker film would be a cause of someone rearending me saying that they didnt see my brake lights cuz my tails are so dark??
I really have been leaning towards the Black Led's but the one thing that is turning meoff is the reverse light , kinda throws the whole look off to me. I do like the mopars but they are too dam expensive, plus have to get em painted also. I DUNNO WHAT TO DO!!!!!

I highly doubt it. I have the rockblocker on my black ACR and to me the tint isn't dark enough i want to go darker. The light still shines through very Visibly. If they don't see you they're blind....
I saw a pair of chrome LED's on a SRT-4 not too long ago. It was at night so you couldn't really see the chrome, but the LED's looked awsome. The shape compliments the car. I think the chrome would look stupid during the day.
I keep thinking about the black LED's for my car. I think they would look OK.
