Spyder Auto Halo Projectors

Has anyone tired these?:

My MPx projectors are getting a bit hazy and Id like to get some with actual CCFL halos and (if possible) better projectors.

Re: Spyder Auto Halo Projectors

I had them installed for 3 minutes. Passenger side halos crapped out as soon as I turned them on. I purchased them on ebay for around $50 less then modern. Wish I went through modern tho. Returning them was a nightmare. Use the oem gasket like previously stated and test all the lights before mounting them!

Odd. The one on MPx's site says:

"The Version 2 uses their own propietary gaskets, meaning that you can not interchange your factory headlight gaskets with them."

And their site isnt really helpful.

These are vinyl eyelids with oems painted black, looks the best imo. I'm goin to do a retro soon with my extra pair because these are gettin alittle crusty anyway.

Well after an email to SA I got this:

Hi,

The light will only fit the non Factoy XEON. Also the bumper are different
on the NEON and SRT4. So there will be a minor gap at the bottom of the
light and bumper.

The bumpers are not different between Neon and SRT4, the V2 halo and V2 Halo with CCFL have very poor gaskets that are shorter than stock, and unfortunately you cant use another type of gasket as they are not interchangeable.

Cool light, but poor quality gaskets. Wish we could have another option as far as gaskets go.
