Default Spy Shots: MDX Projector Bracket/ Shield

This project has been a long time coming & I'm happy to have something in hand to test output, test fitment, & showoff. Despite being 5 months in development, I'm still making tweeks to the final design. This attention to detail is what ND4SPD DESIGNS is all about!

This bracket allows me to bolt these projector straight into the Style A Projectors (AKA: MPX/ EBAY Projectors). It also re-designs the shield which determines the cutoff shape & size etc... This gives the customer a solid retrofit with each side being identical & each retrofit being the same quality. Check it out.

So will the adjustment be with the stock set-up? What is the cost going to be for these?

Yes sir, that's the point. Full adjustability with the factory adjustments.

They're included in all my retro's on the Style A Projectors. These are the pre-production one's so they are missing some hardware/ parts used in the final retro. I was basically just testing fitment in these pics.

you might have an issue, when you install the plastic shroud. Have you test fitted the adjustment with the shroud on ?

Im assuming its the angle of the pic.
Other wise i have 2 other question.
can, you make me some lol brackets ?
And why are not spending ur time figuring out what projector will fit into the NEW DEPO projectors? lol

I have test fitted them & they clear the shroud. I'll be doing one more test fit with the new adjustments etc... early this next week. So far so good on the MDX, the Rx330 is presenting a little more complication then initially looked so we'll see what happens.

When it's all said & done I'd be glad to hook you up with a set of brackets as your work was the inspiration for these to start with

I've played with them & checked fitment but I've been way too bust with like 5 other projects so I haven't even tried to do it. Rx330 AFS seem to fit in there well.

Finally got the bottom portion done. It re-uses the fittings that come on the crappy stock projectors.

I've made one more revision from the design you see here (it'll be a few weeks till I have one to show) but I added a foreground limiter to block some stray light. Otherwise it's basically the same.

These are for sale to the DIY'ers but I won't be doing any Group Buy's. They are a bit pricey as there's a lot of pieces & material but it basically makes this plug & play.

Here's 2 more comparisons with a stock MDX projector
