Red face Slim/Digital Ballasts..no Harness ??? ?

hi guys i was reading some stuff and i read that the new slim ballasts don't require a relay harness. is this true?
"Relay Harness:
Slim ballasts.....No !
Our HID kit are designed to be plug and play, no special tool or wire cutting needed, no relay harness is required as well. Only poor quality kit needs relay.

Standard ballasts...Relay Harness:Yes!
No CPU controls the Ballast, needs to run relay to get power direct from the battery to prevent HID kit failure.

Circuit Protection CPU
Slim ballasts.....Yes!
When the car/motorcycle is
running low power or overheating, Our HID kit will shut down the ballast to prevent damage to the car/motorcycle.

Standard ballasts...No !
No protection at all, tends to get burned,
also may cause
damages to Car/Motorcycle.

Didn't we already have this discussion? Digital Ballasts????

That quote of them is misleading. I like it when they say only "cheap ballasts" need a relay harness. It has nothing to do with the ballast quality, its the cars wiring integrity that in question. Sounds like another ebay idiot that doesn't know what he's talking about.
