Default Silverstar fogs = teh suq

Don't be like me and all the other people that invested good money in these to have them blow. Wait for properly rated/tested fog lights.

ones that werent defective. there was a phone number to call or something.

My passenger one burned out too, but I don't have the receipt anymore. Is there anything I can do? Hell i'll even send the burnt out bulb back.

I just called that number and talked to a customer service rep - they were extremely friendly and helpful. They don't have the SRT-4 listed in their database, only the regular Neon for which the correct bulb is the 9145.

They took my name and started the process to get me a new bulb, all I have to do now is take it out of the car and mail it to the address they gave me. If you guys blew one I'd call the number and do the same. I'm probably going to take both bulbs out and mail them in together with a letter asking for the new bulb design whenever it comes out.

Good company to deal with so far, I'm happy even though I bought a defective product.

Nope, call them and all you need to do is return the actual product if you don't have the receipt.

I just did exactly that. Called them today, told them I dind't have receipt but had bulbs, and they gladly said to just send them and they'd send me the replacements. Very friendly customer service and the lady knew exactly what I was talking about.

Thanks Sylvania

I plan on calling that number myself, then sending in my blown bulb. I really would like working Silverstar Fogs, because when they worked they were great.

Yup, fogs are the only major thing I've seen. I've been recomending the headlights to all my friends with various cars/trucks and no problems whatsoever.
