Upon close investigation...this bulb MELTED...is that normal????

Did you touch the bulb with your fingers or get oil on the bulb somehow?

this happend to me on both side corners. but it fused the side corner and bulbs together. I guess i got the wrong bulbs.

Nope, this is off a buddies car that he got totaled/rebuilt. The foglights both stopped working...then I noticed this bulb.
