Default Removing Headlight Assembly

People, I'm having so much trouble swapping my bulbs out bc I can't get my headlight assembly out. Help.... any advice is appreciated.

Just remove the screws on the topside of the bumper between the headlamps. The bumper flexes up and gives you clearance to get the headlamps out. It's a PITA. Don't worry, you won't hurt it. That bumper is stronger than you.

Yeah...take the top three bolts out of the top of the cover, then the two in the headlight. Pull the headlight out until the positioning pin on the outside edge clears the fender. Rotate the light slightly for the mounting arm to come clear of the core support while holding the bumper cover out away from the car. The whole assembly should then pull clear. don't forget the locking tab (red, or orange...slides up away from the socket) on the signal light....pull it up BEFORE you go yanking on the socket- then push down on the little black tab just inside the back of the socket to release it.

owners manual puts this task in detailed info for you to use. page 174 in the 2005 manual
