i could be wrong but just putting red led's in the green film'd cluster could just make a big mess. red and green opposite sides of color spectrum.
speaking of fucking blue leds i've had nothing but problems after problems with bulbs burning out in my cluster and it pissing me off.. i've tried many different leds only to eventually have them all prematurly burn out on me...
I put just red leds in with the green film.............its alittle dim but the redline shows up and the needles are fine. I dont have a problem with it. Ill prob change it out later but i really dont wanna mess with sanding the film off
Yea I sell them. To get the red to show through it, you have to either A. Sand it down or B. Use some nail polish remover and a Qtip. Read up on the Subaru forums because they deal w/ the same thing. They have to remove some of the film off the back of their gauges.

do you have any pics?
No, but I had someone send me a picture but its been so long ago. They never told me what method they used. I told him to check out NAOSIC(what ever that Subaru forum is called) and they have a step by step on removing the film.

I havnt had anyone complaint about my leds =) Where is Ekool?! I want my vendorship =(
Vamp, any pictures of the Red kit? I've check out your site and every pic is of Blue. I'm not sure if I want to do red until I've seen it. I'm afraid red will be a bit of an issue with the "red line" on the tach and the needles.
