Default Red Boost Gauge

Just installed some red #194 LED's the boost gauge looks good, but the rest of the dash is a litte dim... I will have more pics of the rest after I replace the red LED's with inverted ones...

Sorry, I don't like it. I really love the backlit white with the different color numbers. The red makes it hard to read some of the numbers. If you like it though, then it's awesome.

what kind of 194 did you use? A single led? Inverted? wide angle? If you haven't looked at autoluminnation.com you should, I would recommend the 6 led version to really light it up!

Aginst my will I used the wide angle LED's. I ordered the Inverted ones but they sent me the wide angles... It worked awsome for the boost gauge but i think im going to need inverted ones for the dash cluster, it won't fully light the whole cluster.

I have the blue inverted ones in my dash and I still dont get it lit fully (I can barely see the needles). I ordered the 6-led version of one and 2 wide angles just to try a few out. If need be I will get one 4-led UV since I heard the UV lights the needles up really good.

this is with the 100 degree ones? then why did you say it was dim? I heard the red didn't light up the needles very well.

I'm using the 100 degree ones, the numbers are hard to make out cause they are so dim, but the needles are BRIGHT!

That's nice! But maybe a gauge is a little too bright for once...
