Do an advanced search with "quickwhips" in the search criteria and earch only in the lighting section. You'll find numerous threads.....

I have them, i like them. Great price and easy install. I have the 8k. if you want a white light then go 6k.

Though they look really blue/purp its alot lighter in person

im surprised hak dint mention anything about HID bullbs in halogen housings. well of course you can expect "glare" with a setup like that but i guess thats gonna happen just an FYI.

No need to comment when I included a link that will let him decide for himself.

So when you gonna post that comparison or the retro and your kit?

they give off glare and they leave you with dark spots, instead of a nice even cutoff/light output.

on a side note,
Hak i'm planning on my next retro ZKW/TL's FTW

my friend has the 6000k quickwhips hid kit on his srt and it's really purple/pink.

I would honestly recommend 4300k if you get anything because i have the 8000k and they are really blue, which is what i wanted, but 6000k are not white by any means, at least not the quickwhips/jsm brand.

And for glare, if you have s-style eyelids, you really don't have as much glare as much as you'd think, but you're gonna have to realign them in order to not blind people.
