Question on mirrors with turn signals...

I am getting some mirrors with turn signals built in...

I hate it when the mirrors signals are on all the time, what can i tap into so that they are only on when they are flashing and not just glowing all the time?

you'll need to run them off just the turn indicator circuit found in your parking light harness plug. I can't remember the wire color off hand so just use a multimeter to find the corrct one.

oh so I have to run these babies off the harness for the light itself? will i need to use another fuse?

but wouldnt they turn on with the parking lights if i did this?

Here are the wire colors:

Driver:
Black - Ground
Black/Yellow - Parking
Orange/Green - Turn

Passenger:

Black - Ground
Black/Yellow - Parking
Orange/Red - Turn

These are the colors by the headlights but I imagine they are the same to the circuit box. If the mirrors come with 3 wires, one will be ground, one will be parking, and one will be turn. Leave the parking one "unplugged" and then your mirrors will only "blink".
