Okay so yes Ive used the search function and done far too much reading in the HID section, but heres my own situation. Im running the mpx projector headlights with stock foglights. However Im noticing that the beam pattern is far too short for my liking and even feels dangerous (my vision is bad enough without adding a short beam distance). My question is what are my options? Everything from simple brighter bulbs to full HID swaps will be entertained. But some people are saying I cant do a true HID setup with these projectors? Need major info so I can change my deathtrap lights.
Yes I know about the adjustment screws. Me and my friend messed with the pattern for hours trying to get it right but they dont seem to project a pattern past like 10 feet from the car (or thats what it feels like while driving).
Look into retrofits...ND4SPD does them he's a vendor here and he does an awesome job. The output from a retrofit is amazing Their only downfall is that they are expensive...but well worth it IMO.
get a set of hid's. my head lights are tinted 20 percent, my hid's are still way brighter, and the beam goes way further than my regular bulbs ever did.

I appreciate all the feedback. I might just have to shell out and see if he can do the retrofit. Id like to avoid if I can since the projectors are already in my car lol but I do have the stock ones still if I needed to swap them. Its just a pain in the ass is all Id like to try to get as much light as possible without yanking them.
You've got TL's in there right, or are they e55's?
