plastic lock ring on back of headlight bulb?

just got a hi/lo 6000k hid kit from e-bay (vvme.com) Plastic lock ring on the back of the bulbs does not lock tight like with factory bulbs. Just drivers side bulb flickers over bumps. all connections are tight. I know a lot of people on the forums have these kits, anyone else have this same problem? concerned that if the plastic ring is not locked bulb may be loose, but only drivers side is flickering a little over bumps, just flickering-not turning on and off like a loose connection does. bulbs seem to be in there tight, but the lock ring is just rollin around. any ideas on lock ring?

ok if you can look on the back of the headlamp assembly there is 3 torx head screws that the plastic ring kinda slide on and lock in place. I have an extra set of headlamps here with me and just looked. You might try tightening these 3 screws and see if that helps hold it in place. Worse case scenario you may have to pull each headlamp out and do this.
